The Kōhī Way

A ritual designed to pause time.

There is a certain hush to a great coffee counter — the steady drip, the aroma of freshly ground beans, the barista's quiet focus. We built Kōhī to recreate that atmosphere, turning an ordinary day into a sensory journey across the ocean.

01

Roasted, not stored

Our beans are roasted weekly in small batches. If it isn't at its peak flavor, it isn't served.

02

Kissaten tradition

Brewed with precision and the spirit of Japanese tradition. Every cup is finished by hand and served in front of you.

03

Counter intimacy

Sit an arm's length from the barista. Watch the grind, the pour, and enjoy the quiet rhythm of the brew.

Four Bars, Four Cities

Each room is different, but the ritual is the same. Choose your city and reserve your seat at the bar.

We strongly recommend it. Bar seats are limited and tasting sessions are guided, so most spots sell out in advance. We keep a few seats open daily for walk-ins.
